Paradise Pool Services FL provides professional pool maintenance, cleaning, repair, and renovation services primarily to residential and commercial clients in Florida. As a service-based business, our policy focuses on service satisfaction rather than product returns, tailored to USA consumer standards.
Service Guarantees
We guarantee all services for 30 days from completion. If issues arise due to our workmanship—such as improper cleaning, chemical imbalance, or faulty repairs—we’ll re-perform the service at no extra cost. This aligns with standard USA service industry practices, excluding normal wear or customer misuse like debris re-entry.
Refund Eligibility
Full refunds are available within 7 days of service if no work was performed or if canceled before scheduling. Partial refunds may apply for incomplete services, minus any completed work value. No refunds after 30 days or for services fully rendered and verified by photos/notes.
Cancellations
Cancel anytime before your scheduled appointment with no fee. Last-minute cancellations (under 24 hours) may incur a 50% service fee to cover travel and prep costs. Rescheduling is free if requested 48 hours in advance.
Claims Process
Contact us within 48 hours of service via email or phone with details, photos, and invoice number. We’ll inspect (on-site or remotely) within 3 business days and resolve approved claims promptly. Disputes follow Florida consumer laws.
Non-Refundable Items
- Chemicals or materials purchased (non-returnable once used).
- Custom renovations or one-time repairs.
- Damage from acts of nature, neglect, or unapproved DIY interference.
